Object of the company History In the year 1990, montara was founded in Berlin by Christoph Dimer. As early as 1991, the production began in Siebenlehn / Saxony, at first only as a foam processing for customers from the devices industry like Siemens, DeTeWe, Francotyp Postalia and others. The company became a system provider through the beginning of their own processing of corrugated cardboard in 1995 at the plant in Siebenlehn. Since 1997, the headquarters of the company are in Siebenlehn. With the AUDI TT and its many demanding interior parts, in 1998 we succeeded in the extensive introduction in the segment loading carriers for the automobile industry. In the year 2000, the CATIA V4 Station began operation. In the years 2005 and 2006, a complete reconstruction of the production halls and the installation of mainly digitally working production facilities. At the same time, the processing of corrugated cardboard was relocated to Leszno in Poland.
Packaging is closely associated with the consciousness about environmental compatibility. And although with industrial packaging there are anyway no excesses when it comes to the relationship between the packaging and the goods packaged, we feel especially committed to contribute to the relief of the environment:
